My wife and I were interested in updating our 2011 Ford Escape. We went to Steele Lincoln ford since it is where we had purchased our previous vehicle. We could not believe the star treatment we received from beginning to end, in buying our new Escape.
Very low pressure sales approach from our salesman Walter Rudderham, to the great treatment by Ahmed Al-Shaghay, our protection and financial expert. I can't believe the difference 5 years can make in automotive technology but I will be spending a good deal of time reading this owners manual to see what every button does, from the Sync 3 to the front power drivers seat with memory!

From the first moment we walked in, we were looked after with Professional care. Jason Dory, our sales person, was clear and informative from start to finish. He wasn't pushy, but defiantly "sold" us this truck. We walked in to ask a few questions and walked out owning a new F-150. The great trade in value on our Jeep didn't hurt either. He did a great job and took the time to go the extra mile. I was also impressed that the managers also took the time to meet us and make us feel welcome to your family. In my life I have owned/Purchased 16 vehicles; 4-motorcycles (2 from dealers) ; 12 cars/trucks (7 from dealers-5 new and two used) I am suggesting that this makes me an experienced buyer. Without any hesitation I can say Steels Ford and their staff are at the top of my list of the best I have yet to deal with. If the service department is as good as the sales department, I expect it will be the last dealership I will deal with, because I'm sure the next vehicle we get will be from Steele as well. Thanks Again!!

This is not my first time dealing with Steele Ford, I had helped my partner purchase a escape three months ago and was very satisfified with the service.I loved the escape so much I came back to lease one myself.
Your associate Tracy sets the bar very high for anyone else,also I cannot remember his name I think it is Ali treats his customers with great professinalism.
Just as a note this dealership takes the approach that I have......"nothing is a problem everything is an oppurtunity"

This was the easiest auto buying experience of my life. Shopped around to other Ford stores and was the same old thing but here sent Tracey my build and she had the truck sitting there for me to look at and I bought it on site. Great team great service.

My recent purchase of a new F150 at Steele Ford was a Great experience . I had a Terrific member of the sales staff, Neil Keeping, who worked hard at finding me the Truck I wanted at a price we were both comfortable at. Great customer service from Tracey Scanlon. She was very helpful by going over everything with me while trying to decide which vehicle I wanted to buy. Made a decision and in no time vehicle was being serviced and made ready. She saw that finance person had all my information that was required, got my approval, signed papers, had my Ford Escape very next day.
