I recently found a vehicle at Lexus Downtown and made contact by internet where I engaged in discussion with internet salesperson, Bob Bao. Bob was very helpful and responsive to my questions. Over the course of the sale Bob promptly sent me further pictures that addressed my concerns. Bob was an excellent and very courteous salesperson. Mr Bao is one of the best cars salespersons I have dealt in a very long time. 5 Stars. I would not hesitate in recommending Bob to anyone.
