I have never been accommodated and assisted so nicely by all the staff but more specifically Christian Fruci. Christian was able to help me with a particularly expensive repair in a very strict and rough timing for me; i strongly recommend seeking assistance from the Pine Tree Ford Lincoln dealership as this service advisor was the best i've personally ever experienced. A big thank you to Christian, actually looking forward to the next trip to the dealership.

On May 8, 2017, I visited Pine Tree Ford for a scheduled oil change. I really appreciated the warm welcome of the support staff at Pine Tree Ford. Christian Fruci, the service advisor who has been helping my family and I every since purchasing our Ford Explorer from Pine Tree Ford, once again went above and beyond - his service was nothing short of exceptional. As always he welcomed us and made sure to ask if there were any other issues or concerns we had with our car. Quite frankly, having someone like Christian really gives you a sense of security and peace of mind whenever we visit Pine Tree Ford. In my eyes, he is truly an asset. My family and I sincerely appreciate his assistance and welcoming smile!

let me start by saying I'm not one to write reviews except when I've received exceptional service & the individual deserves credit. My name is Frank & I own a Ford Explorer. I've always been a BMW or Mercedes guy however the look & drive of the Explorer impressed me so I bought one. I always dreaded going into a luxury dealership because you were treated as you say a $ value , no one treated you like a person & I never felt satisfied. That is about to change. I came in one day to make an appointment for service @ Pine Tree Lincoln & was greeted by a service advisor named Christian. The guy was so friendly & took the time to look up any recalls on the vehicle & what was recommended for my milege. I felt like this guy respected me & above all went out of his way to make me feel reassured that everything would be taken care of. He booked my appointment & listened to all my concerns. On the day of service everything went well except for some items being out of stock even in the US. He called me every few days to let me know that he hadn't forgotten & the items would be in soon. He was extremely friendly & empathetic. He actually treated me like a person a not a dollar value. The parts did eventually come in & had a vehicle ready for me to use while the repairs were being made. Even my wife who came with me said this guy is great. Overall kudos to you for hiring such a wonderful person with excellent customer service skills. The vehicle runs great & I couldn't be happier. Congratulations Christian on a job well done
