This review is just a bit late in coming but have been enjoying my new(well new to me)car!!!

Was in the market to purchase a high quality pre-owned vehicle and my search path lead me to 401 Dixie VW. Made an appointment to see and test drive the vehicle(2011 Kia Rondo EX-V6)I was interested in after an email inquiry. Upon arrival at 401 Dixie VW, I was impressed by the dealership, the greeting I received, and by a simple sign of great customer service I was going to receive. The vehicle was ready and waiting for me in their service bay, out of the inclement weather, for me to examine the vehicle thoroughly, and to start our test drive. That one simple gesture spoke volumes to me.

Well the entire purchase transaction went very smoothly by the professional and yet friendly(sometimes they do not go hand in hand)customer service I received.

Very happy that I made my vehicle purchase at 401 Dixie VW and I would highly recommend your next new/pre-owned vehcile purchase from them, by the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I received.

Still enjoying my new car! (LOL)
