Frustrating! We ordered renderings back in August and after providing all the required plans received back renderings that needed tweaked very quickly. Once October hit, we approved the final versions and have YET to receive the finals (without any watermark over the image). We have also over paid...the original invoice had "an old address" we shipped our deposit check (1/2 of the job price) to that wrong address, then resent a new one to the correct address. It was cashed. Then to get the final images we sent the remaining balance due which was also cashed. Then it turns out the original check we sent got cashed. We're still waiting for a refund and still haven't seen the final renderings. This is not a company I could recommend.
