We called Ken because we were hoping he possibly could repair our theater seating unit which was falling apart. Although we didn't need to have any repairs done to the upholstery, which is his expertise, he agreed to tackle the repair. Ken went out of his way to get the job done which included going to three places to have some necessary welding repairs done. We are extremely happy with Ken's work ethic and attention to detail. We are so happy that we don't need to buy a new set.
