We have been buying our Epson cartridges there for almost three years now, very good prices and service. We had a issue once where I thought it was a defective cartridge, but the owner explained to us that Epson cartridges do not actually print, they only hold the ink and the printer draws out the ink from the cartridge, heats it and then sprays it onto the paper.

We were told to run a few cleaning cycles to unclog the print heads ( which are located inside the printer ) and then it work perfect. These people know their stuff and come highly recommended by my husband and myself.

I was into Ink Drops in Whitby the other day, and showed the owner the stale dated cartridge his staff sold me.
The best before date was 10-2015.
I had been there a few days previously, and asked for an original Epsom cartridge.
The attendant gave me a knock off cartridge (filled ) that was way past the due date of 10-2015.It did not work in my printer.
He refused to return my money, yelling at me to Go to Staples and buy a cartridge there for $30.00.
His store is supposed to have a one month guarantee. Very rude. I was there on behalf of my Senior Group in Courtice. We number 25 and need new cartridges, printers, etc.
I was asked to find a trustworthy store but not here I guess.
Cannot be trusted if buying any of his products.He only hurt himself, as I was in charge of finding an honest store.
Did I find one? No.
The attendant that sold me the wrong cartridge had told me that if the cartridge did not work to bring it back.I returned it to a very obnoxious owner who told me to get out of his store, while the original attendant sat there like a dummy and said nothing.
A real lovely way to treat a cash customer.Stay away from Mr. Moneybags as he only cares about pushing outdated stock that does not work.

Have been using ink drops for three years plus. Cheapest most convenient for brother cartridges. Deals available when you buy sets. Nice people, good service.

I always go in and get my ink cartridges refilled with Kevin. He is knowledgeable and helpful. He even makes deals if I buy more than one cartridge. I'm very happy with the service and my Canon prints as good as when I got it. If you are in Whitby, Brooklin and even Oshawa, this is the place.
