I would give 0 stars if i could. I booked an appointment for 10:30 Am at least a month prior (im a very organized person). Showed up a half an hour early and was accused of being 2 hours late. No apology. They looked annoyed and said they could squeeze me in (although appointment book looked pretty clear to me) but I wouldn't get my car back til way later....took my business elsewhere. Mistakes happen. ..but always apologize and never accuse your customer of getting it wrong.
