I took my car in for a oil change, what a difference from the local lube places out there, quick, affordable, friendly, plus a quick car wash was on the menu. Check out those sparkling rims!! Fantastic team over at Ocean Park Ford. Thanks Guys ; D

Many companies talk "Service" but my short experience with the service department at Ocean Park Ford is by far the best I have ever had from any dealership.
I have to thank John Truter and Colin for not only making it possible to get my van fixed but your humanity as people is humbling. It goes to show that people are a companies' biggest asset.

I was just reflecting upon what I really expected to be a quick “make-an-appointment stop” at the Service Dept. and it was John Truter who made it possible to have the work done immediately.

John and his colleagues have always made me feel like the most important person in their business life at that particular moment and I have no doubt this is a feeling shared by many, many others.

Ocean Park Ford Service is most referable and I certainly do this at every opportunity. Your level of attention to detail is very rare and it seems that it’s becoming even more-rare in many businesses today.

The Ocean Park Team are definitely 'Great Ambassadors' for the Ford Motor Company!

I went to get my oil changed and I was told that my first oil change was complimentary because we bought our car there we had no idea that it pertained to used cars. i dropped it off and was driven home by shuttle service ( the driver was awesome I really enjoyed his humor ) They also washed and cleaned the car I thought that was fantastic as well as picked me up when the car was ready. To think that people think that going to a lube place that may give you a paper and coffee while you wait in the baking sun is such a good deal and then try to sell you a bunch of unnecessary services. I was truly impressed and now will take my other vehicles for service. nnThank you nnColleen and Keith
