The facilities are clean and secure.

As far and the agreement and payment process go, Veronica made it very smooth, clear, and enjoyable.

I appreciated how the best payment form was recommended for my unique situation. I was a little hesitant about getting a storage unit initially, but all my fears have been addressed.

My great experience all started when i first met the person at Pembina location. She was so polite, her greeting was what every company wants Simply amazing, it made my day start off great. She was also so very helpful and knowledgeable. I also dealt with a girl at St Anne's location who was very similar . 2 excellent employees who should be managers or franchise owners one day.

We have used Access on couple occasions. This time was for small reno but mostly storage for a rush of moves for Ukrainian settlement. Staff always friendly and helpful. We like the monitored security and the new locking system being installed.
Likelihood we will be back in Sept/Oct for storage to allow bigger reno.
Oh and their move in deals can be a great start to your storage adventure!
