I absolutely appreciate Derek the manager he made everything so easy for me if I had an issue with billing he was always there to talk me through it and help. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Sentinel Storage or the staff but my absolute favorite person to deal with was Derek his knowledge, communication and overall great customer service made it so easy to trust him. If I need to in the future get a storage unit again ill be calling Derek.

I've used Sentinel Self Storage several times over the years, and every single experience has been amazing. The manager, Derek deserves special recognition for consistently going above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and is just a genuinely stand-up guy who truly cares about his customers.

Beyond the management, the facilities are immaculate, extremely secure, and the pricing is very reasonable with great deals available. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sentinel Storage on schoolhouse to anyone looking for storage!

Great first time experience at Sentinel Storage in Coquitlam. The pricing is genuinely competitive, by far the best value I found after shopping around multiple places.
A huge shout-out to the manager, Derek, who went above and beyond. He was incredibly professional, patient, and helpful, walking me through all the options and making the whole process seamless. His knowledge of the units and genuine care for customers made a potentially stressful situation totally stress-free.
Derek and the team have set the gold standard for customer service in the industry. I’ll definitely be back if I ever need storage again, highly recommend!

"QUICK & AMAZING"
Look for Derrick (site manager) and we received exceptional customer services including great deals - you would not get those from other competitors nearby.

I had to be away for 4 weeks visiting my family, and this place provided safe/private place for my vehicle & other home furniture. They do have a variety of storages depending on your needs (storage was heated 24/7) with your own lock.

*Derrick responded my inquiry/questions even though I was contacting him from Korea & Vietnam, and it did help us when we were out of country.

- Gate door is easy to use, available 24/7 when you have access code.
- Friendly staffs just like your local neighbors.

Overall, I and my partner had seamless journey with this location, and I highly recommend if someone is looking for storage options in Coquitlam.
I also visited other storage vendors nearby (Tri-Cities) before my trip, but I'm definitely coming back to this location.
5/5 - highly recommended!

I had a great experience using this facility to store my belongings. Definitely logistically easy to use, safe and secure. Their heavy duty dollies were super helpful to ferry things back and forth to my unit when moving. I didn't end up using any of the dollies I rented from my moving truck because the on site dollies were just way better. It was my first time using any storage facility the staff and manager made it a welcoming experience. On top of the facility being excellent, the staff and manager Derek were always friendly and welcoming. 10/10 facility, would recommend and 10/10 the people who work there.

I’ve been renting a unit at this storage facility since 2024, and my experience has been very positive. The place is clean, secure, and well-maintained. The manager has always been very accommodating, helpful, and easy to talk to whenever I had questions or needed assistance. I have been renting a storage locker at Sentinel Storage in Coquitlam for just one month to accomdate my quick moving needs. While I was using the storage, I have found my experience with the staff to be excellent - friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and well-managed. The cost of my 2F storage is also better than expected. I recommend Sentinel Storage to whoever needs to rent small/large space.

Our office had a rushed move and needed to store large items within a short timeframe. We found Sentinel via Google and decided to give them a try. At every step of the way, the Sentinel Schoolhouse team was incredibly helpful and supportive with all of our questions and concerns. They were transparent throughout the entire process and were upfront about costs.

As it was our first experience using a storage unit, I wanted to give a special shout-out to managers, Alex Vasilyev and Derek Jang. Alex scheduled an in-person tour to show me the units and gain a better sense of the facility. He also tried to identify better storage options for our items. Derek had multiple phones calls with me to walk me through all the paperwork and was able to consolidate our storage units within the same building for ease of furniture transportation for our movers. Derek also assisted us on the day of the move to ensure we were all good to go.

I cannot express how amazing this experience has been. Every team member we have interacted with has been kind and patient. If you are looking for a storage facility, you are in great hands with Derek and Alex!
