I ordered some shampoo over a month ago. It is still showing as processing on my account. I have written 3 emails to their customer service. They have not responded to any of the emails. This is horrible. I am not sure I am going to get anything from them. Time to go to the Better Business Bureau. Do not order from these guys!!!
