Fantastic management team, very friendly. a very safe community and upgrades are being done to the building so it looks very modern compared to most surrounding buildings. Only downfalls are the multiple efforts it takes to get anything done, from apartment reapairs or rodent issues, its enough to give up trying to get help after a few months. Building has a horrible cockroach issue, they will come and spray after asking multiple times but it does no good. Im a neat freak so this causes anxiety walking into every room. If you can manage the coackroaches its honestly a lovely place to live.

They are nothing short of slum lords. Lived there for over 2 years. My whole apartment was roaches infested and they didn’t care and still expected me to live in that unhealthy place. They expect me to pay for the place even after I vacated the place.
Please do not rent a unit there ever and stop anyone else you know from making this mistake

I will not expend too much writting for this building because I'm so upset with this crap of building... Please, I will repeat again... PLEASE!!! Do not rent a unit in this building because it's infected with cockroaches!! I was complaining all the time but they do not give us a proper solution.

Lived here for 2 and a half years, and have another half year until my lease is up. - (York Student living here while attending school)

While the company seems to be trying really hard to bring the building up, maintain the building, and keep it clean, there are a couple residents who bring the building right back down.

There has been a constant cockroach infestation since I moved in. The building has tried many times get rid of them without success. - For the majority the people living here are really friendly and clean, but unfortunately it only takes one disgusting pig to ruin it for the rest of the building.

Stair wells always smell of urine, and we actually go a notice form the building (no lie) asking the person(s) responsible for defecating in the hallways and stairwells to stop.

We got new elevators which are really nice this year. (apart from the one that is in the moving elevator and has disgusting moving sheets on the walls that are covered in dirt and god knows what else) and one that a day after being installed was vandalized.

Best thing is the room you get and the cost of rent. Its a lot better than living in the town houses across the street. With room mates you pay a lot less, and you have a lot more personal space.

Lived here for a year while I was a student at York, convenient location and inexpensive when shared with two other roomates. However there was a giant cockroach infestation. I still have nightmares of this place with regards to the waves of cockroaches. Also maintenance was not done when requested and the place was not well taken care of. Would not suggest to anyone.
