On Monday, I had to stop into this dealership while travelling because my windshield wiper stopped working, creating a blind spot right in my line of vision. Although I bought my Q5 at another dealership, Audi Barrie happily created an appt for me later in the day and quickly fixed my seized wiper, loaded me up with washer fluid for the trip home and gave me a complimentary wash too! I am so thankful to them for taking care of me when I was away from home! I wanted to give a full 5 stars but the app on my iPad isn't letting me fully select the fifth star. Sorry Audi Barrie, because you actually deserve an EXTRA star!

It was refreshing to walk in a dealership where I was greeted and treated like a valuable customer. Buying a car was finally a pleasant experience. Thank you
