Personnal experience, MONARCH LAUNDRY WORST LAUNDRY EVER. Ok I'll develop .. I gave to dry clean 3 items ( jacket, shirt and pocket square ). This laundry is offering a next day delivery ... So I'm calling back the driver because nobody called me to ask where is my laundry the next day, after 5 attempts which nobody answered to, I decided to call the marina branch. They told me the driver should arrive around 8 pm. Of course nobody came ... So same procedure the next day and after 4 calls my laundry was here, but not my pocket square and one black shirt was completely white ( but I didn't even try to fight for it ... Hopeless ) ... And here starts the trouble, hours on the phone with all different numbers people telling me they don't know, so I contact the manager of the laundry explain him the situation and he tells me to wait 2 days by the time he's checking ... 6 days after nobody called me again ... So I call again and ask for a refund and he's asking me for the receipt for the pocket square, that he will check to offer me the same amount in laundry vouchers .. Which of course I will NEVER USE.
Really bad company and incompetent people. Be careful
