Cold winter night and ofcourse are furnace went out . I called reliance since a local contractor said they were to busy to come out to do the repair. So i called relaince . Within a few hours i received a call stating arrival time . Thw tech arrived as promised with the time frame. Explain what was going on . And what he can do to help . The tech got the unit up and running with 30 min of arrival . He followed with an explanation of what he did to repair. Thanks you matt coulombe daa3678 . Hope to see you again

James L OAA2881 came to our residence on Nov 22, 2016. He phoned ahead to make sure we were home, arrived when he said he would. He was very professional, very polite, explained what he was doing, he dismantled things looking for our problem and was able to leave us very satisfied. We thought we had a contract, the office said we didn't and James called his boss to verify and it appears that we do have a contract. Finalized everything and left us very satisfied and happy. Great job James L

This installer arrived on time and proceeded to install the new tank. He (Steve) was very polite and personable and fully explained things as the job progressed. His work was first rate, and he removed the old electric tank upon completion of the new installation. All my questions were answered without hesitation and in a way that I could easily understand. Altogether a pleasant experience. Thanks Steve. B.Logan
