Sean Carter was our plumbing technician and he was able to diagnose and remedy the problem promptly. He also provided some helpful information and advice on what caused the drain blockage and how to prevent it. Sean mentioned some products that are available as preventive maintenance to avoid future problems. All in all it was the best experience with the plumbing profession that I've ever had.

Established an appointment with Mr. Rooter and they showed up on time. Not like some other plumbers, who do not show up at all. Appointment was confirmed several times. Did the work quickly. Provided estimate in advance. Thanks

I had problem with my toilet, and I got Rooter number from yellow pages, it was first time calling rooter, and from the beginning I had great experience with Rooter, my technician name was Frank and he was extremely helpful, honest, reliable, courteous, friendly and very easy to deal with. Frank was able to explain the problem and fixed it on timely fashion. I am glad to call rooter. Thanks again.

We had a blocked sewer line. We called Mr. Rooter and they were able to send someone out right away. Our plumber was very knowledgable, friendly,polite and professional. He went above and beyond our expectations to make sure that we were satisfied. He explained the process and procedure and was very thorough. Thanks again, Domenic!!! We will be requesting you if for our inspections and if anything else is needed!!
