Initially I thought Modern limousine service was quite accommodating. They were willing to give me a deal as long as it was just a straight pick-up and drop-off. After negotiating with another company and getting the same rate for a full hour of service, I cancelled with Modern with more than 48 hours notice (the standard for most companies is 24). Their communication was vague, they would respond to my emails only answering one of many questions. and I decided to go with a more reliable company which I am more than entitled to to if I find a better price. I gave enough notice for the cancellation.

When I called to confirm my cancellation I was yelled at told that I wasted 4 months of the company's time (we had only been in touch for a couple of weeks with a few emails) and the time they spent emailing me. The company continued to yell at me although I tried to explain that it had only been a couple of weeks since I contacted them, I tired to apologize but was continuously cut off and not allowed to speak.

I don't care how many phonecalls, emails etc. that were exchanged, if I cancel with enough notice I definitely don't deserve to be yelled at. If you contact this company about a booking, be prepared to be treated poorly if you decide to cancel with plenty of notice.

The limo service provided by modernlimo.ca in the Vancouver area is very professional and comfortable. The limos are very comfortable and the journey becomes ease.
