Dylan came out to fix my sump pump and was phenomenal. He was on time, very knowledgeable, communicated every step of the way, very friendly and resolved the issue. I didn’t feel rushed, or pressured. He took his time and was very thorough to ensure the job was done correctly. He also helped clear my bathroom sink drain before he left. I will 100% recommend this company to friends and family and request Dylan in the future! The receptionist that took my booking over the phone was also super friendly and great to deal with! Thanks!

Bobby and the team were phenomenal to work with! Great communication, fast and efficient, excellent results. They explained everything along the way and made me feel at ease. Cody did an excellent job diagnosing my thermostat problems and coming up with a variety of options for repair. We recently had an issue with our water heater due to a leak and contacted Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Regina. Tammy was very helpful in promptly arranging for a technician to assist us.

Mr. Bobby came to our home, quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained what needed to be done. He provided a detailed breakdown of the repair costs upfront, which we really appreciated. He was not only highly professional and knowledgeable but also personable and pleasant to deal with.

After completing the repair, he made sure the area was thoroughly cleaned, which speaks volumes about their standards.
