I received a call the morning of my carpet cleaning and was told that they would have to reschedule my appointment. I had hired a fellow to move all the furniture from my basement for the cleaning so it would be ready for the cleaners. I'm sad to report that I now have to pay them to put the furniture back in place to wait for my next appointment, to move it again next week for the cleaning and I had to cancel the painters that I had booked for the weekend......not to mention that I took a day off work for this to happen. This is a terrible way to treat a customer and I was forced to reschedule with another company. Beware!!!!

I would never recommend this type of carpet cleaning to anyone. The only convenience is the carpet does not get saturated with water so there is only a couple hours drying time. We paid $327 for two living rooms and a staircase with landing. This included the luxury package with stain guard. Our carpets around the walls by the baseboards blackish in color where the dust must have been rubbed in. When they left we were told to just vacuum up all the hairs and dust that he pulled up and this was QUITE shocking for that price. Very disappointed with this service and would not clean my carpets this way again

Chris and Terence came out last week to clean my carpets. They were very professional, knowledgeable about the process, and great attitudes. I knew I was in good hands with Chem-Dry Select and their abilities. The end results was that my carpets looked fantastic
