We recently had to replace our entire sewer line from the main stack to the city line. It was a major job, and because of the age of our house, there were several complications along the way.

To be honest, I was under full stress at the beginning. It was a big expense, and I was naturally concerned about what kind of work would be done and whether the job would be handled properly.

Then the two plumbers arrived.

Both were named Vlad, and both were total professionals from beginning to end. As the work progressed, they ran into problem after problem, but they solved each one with a combination of experience, intelligence, and calm competence. It was clear to see that these were not people guessing their way through a job. They knew exactly what they were doing.

My stress evaporated as I watched the level of work being done. At a certain point, my mind switched from worry over the cost to genuine happiness over the value being added to our home.

As for the two Vlads themselves, I can sum it up this way, if it had been practical, my wife and I would have adopted them.

They were hard-working, polite, professional, and genuinely wonderful people. We are extremely grateful for the work they did and the positive way they handled themselves during a long, difficult job.

My wife and I only wish good things for both of them and their families.

Highly recommended.

This was yet another great experience with Mr . Rooter. I had a couple of issues that Eric addressed in quick order. He was very professional and explained everything upfront before going ahead with the job. He does great work and I will not hesitate to call on him again if I need to.

Anyone : if you have a plumbing issue and want REALand efficient FAST results? Call these guys! the entire process was amazing. From the call to the office where the lady was very nice professional and detailed to the wonderful 2 employees who showed up fairly quickly after my same day call. Owen.D and Shane to be precise were fantastic at their job! Very WELL MANNERED young men who knew their job 100% everything got fixed :) they explained why there was an issue .they gave me a few options on how to get it resolved with the prices and then they went to work and did a great job. I was able to get my kitchen sink back within a few short hours. I highly recommend you call them if you want a very pleasant and professional experience from the best team out there!
