I had a toilet leak and the service i recieved yesterday was amazing. Masharo arrived with a big smile, was very polite and professional. He is very knowledgeable about the work he does. He answered any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend him to others.

We noticed leak in our basement that was intermittent and called Mr.Rooter Plumbing few months ago. Joseph came in and assessed and provided suggestions. We did not fix at that time. We called Mr.Rooter Plumbing today, asked for Joseph and glad he was available and came to fix it. Joseph was on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained the repair process clearly. The work was completed efficiently. Although the price was higher than expected, Joseph’s excellent workmanship and professionalism made it worthwhile.

Very happy with my service. On the phone they were happy, polite and spoke clear fluent English. When the tech showed up He was very diligent, and went through several options while troubleshooting. Quick, quality service, would use Mr. Rooter again and recommend.

Gerald at Mr Rooter deserves a special shout out. My mom has dementia and was convinced that she had a bigger problem then she had with a plumbing issue. She called a different company in the past who was happy to charge her a lot of money to basically not do anything. My mom called me and I spoke to Gerald to explain the situation, he understood and was extremely compassionate and helped her and most importantly did not charge her for work she did not need done and can't afford. I am very grateful he was the person that came out. My mom called me after and said he made her Christmas because she was going to use the money she set aside for gifts for the grandkids to pay for a plumber.
This review is let you know they are an honest company and have great people working there. Highly recommend.
