We recently made a purchase for an upcoming Cottage show we are attending. We had no idea that we would not receive a proof of the artwork prior to printing & it was not at all what we were wanting, which we didn't see until it was already delivered & paid for. After multiple emails, it was made very clear that customer service & customer satisfaction was not this companies priority. Once they have your money they don't seem to care if you are satisfied or not. Very unfortunate.

So sorry to hear about your experience! Unfortunately, I didn't do enough searching for reviews prior to ordering and had the same experience as you today! Completely unreasonable and not willing to use common sense! I agree that once they have your money they don't seem to care if you are satisfied or not! Wow! BUYER BEWARE!
