I am a first time renter with Sleepwell. Finding a place with their company was a very easy, stress-free process. Our property agent - Adam - has been very accommodating, cooperative, professional and he truly seems to care about his tenants. I had some initial concerns with my apartment unit off the start, and Adam took care of all of these concerns immediately. My apartment needed a serious makeover. The kitchen and bathroom were re-done, and the entire apartment was painted. The building is well maintained, secure and clean. For once it seems like a landlord really does treat student tenants fairly. It is very refreshing. Hope this continues.

The 6% monthly fee only includes collecting rent and paying bills. Every other job is charged separately by the hour. I was billed $100 to change a light bulb! Some months the fees surpassed rental income.
