Their only goal is to make quick cash by putting their camera in your drain. Make sure you have a written quote on what they will do before they do it. Their website says they install check valves and they don't. They intentionally were not clear with the price in order to scam money. The plumber who showed up lied that he said it would be $100 "additional". Except he never said "additional". As if I wouldn't ask additional to what. If you have a sewage backup problem, make sure to get a company that knows how to install check valves. Even though it's on their website they don't do it.
