Mr. Rooter and Shaun Cunningham were on time, efficient and clean. I would highly recommend them in the future. For some unknown reason problems like this always happen on a weekend and I was worried I wouldn't be able to get anyone to help me until the next day. He came on a Sunday afternoon and got the water flowing.

Had a bad sump pump installed by another company. Called Mr. Rooter and they were out within a couple hours. Shaun was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything he did and explained the cost to me before beginning any work. The work was done promptly and efficiently. Very pleased with Shaun and his work. Now I can sleep and don't have to worry and check my sump pump every hour.

Shaun was very polite and went about his work efficiently. An estimate was prepared before the work began. He was able to scope our septic run-out pipe and unblock it with a high pressure water scrape. We were even able to pay with a credit card. Would use again.

We had a sump pump problem for about 2 weeks when i got home Monday evening I had enough and called Mr Rooter they came out Tuesday evening late and installed a better pump then we had in the past now I can sleep at night knowing the basement will not get flooded out again. Before we replaced the pump I was downstairs it seems every couple of hours checking the pump at work I would think is everything OK at home when I got close the door I could hear the motor running not sure how long it was on at night my husband and I would get up and check the pump Mr Rooter has given us both piece of mind that the problem is fixed Thanks

Shawn and worker came out today all prices told up front, explanations given for all work being done and best part is I understood everything explained. They left everything clean and went over all the work they did. Very efficient friendly service!!! I would recommend them to anyone wanting plumbing work done.
