I traveled to Mexico in december 2015 on a sunwing airlines & booked accommodation through sunwings. The flight service & accommodation was good.
The service after stepping off the airplane upon returning to Vancouver was extremely poor. My checked bag was lost & subsequently returned damaged. I've been unable to get a response from anyone at Sunwing to resolve the issue.
