Called them to help us with attic rain and top up insulation. Had them do work in late 2021, installation of additional vents was done alright, insulation was topped up but the replace attic hatch and insulate bathroom venting wasn’t done correctly and fall 2024 we noticed water spots forming on our roof. Went up to check and now we have mold, and water staining/cracking stucco so it’s worse then when we called them to do the initial fix.

The lights were not sealed so moisture has been coming up through there and the attic hatch was done very incorrectly aswell as the bathroom vents not sealed to the outside.

Try’d to schedule them to come by but cancelled once due to snow ( fair that day roads were bad) but ghosted the 2nd set up date. Would love them to just cover the mold we now have to deal with from the incorrect work.

Very annoying to have to pay to get a job done twice. But they can install vents I guess..

Fantastic job done. I would highly recommend 4weather if you have attic rain, or venting problems. James is absolutely very knowledgeable and not only did 4weather fix our problem, he educated use on how a proper attic is supposed to run. Again thank you so much.

Thoroughly recommend these guys. Had a couple of companies out for quotes to fix our attic issues and, by far, James at 4 Weather was the best. He took the most time to look at the issues, and talked it all through to explain the what and why of the problem and the proposed solution - ensuring there was no ambiguity

My initial feeling was the quote would be high, as James was covering doing a lot more than some of the other companies said needed doing and yet, it came it MUCH cheaper!! ( and quoted on the spot too )

The guys who came and did the work were efficient and tidy - showed photos of the progress throughout the job leaving us confident that everything had been covered to the highest standard.

Nothing unexpected with the job and the invoice matched the quote to the cent - so all in all very happy.

Don't go with anyone else for your attic insulation needs, go with 4 weather.

Very impressed with their work on the insulation and drywall installation of my garage. Their price was competitive and their craftsmanship exceeded expectations. All of the wiring including the garage door opener, LED lights and driveway camera were re-installed properly. I still have to tape and paint the drywall but the work looks very neat regardless. All the batt insulation was completed the first day. The ceiling blown in insulation and drywall installation was done on the second day.
