Second time around with this company first time was great but it was pre-Covid and they actually provided service. Now technical services only by their leisure via an online email system. We were unable to get technical support in order to best assess what filters to replace our initial package with. The plumber and water specialist took the best guess so we placed the order. One of the filters seems to be faulty and would not work regardless of pressure. Multiple emails back-and-forth each one which took a couple of days for them to return, resulted in nothing other than trying to blame the customer. Ultimately they pointed out they they have a no refund policy and that clearly we needed better specialists in order to use their product. Arrogant, lazy, and zero concern for their product. Use at your own risk, but expect to be burned.

I purchased our Reverse osmosis system from max water last november 2016 from their store @ 51 caldari road unit 6A. They provided us the best customer service and they are very helpful people, I was planing to buy a system for $475 and they advised me that the options in the system that i was interested to buy will not suite for me and they offer me a system for $290 instead !! . Visit them in person and you will remember me see how helpful they are.
I ma very happy with their system and I already recommended them to my friends too.

Bought a countertop reverse osmosis filter from Max Water. It didn't work, and their customer service was awful. They kept demanding more pictures and information about their defective unit, and finally after weeks of back and forth, accepted a return. They then lost the returned unit, and when I demanded a refund, they mysteriously found it again, and claimed it worked fine and my water pressure is too low. My water pressure is fine, I have another RO unit that works perfectly, and I had tried their defective unit at another location just to be sure. They kept insisting on returning the defective unit to me, claimed I was past the warranty period, and refused to refund the purchase. Eventually we got a chargeback from the credit card company. I highly recommend avoiding doing any business with this company, they are rude, incompetent and borderline fraudulent.

Purchased a three stage water filter. Installed as instructed. Ran it for 30 mins to flush and found taste okay. First cup in the morning was filled with carbon. Flushed again but kept coming through. Contacted them for replacement or refund and it's not an option in their policy. Once box is opened you can't return it or get a refund. Would not send a new carbon filter as it was leaking the carbon particles out. They have stopped answering messages and don't even bother calling. Complete waste of my money. Strongly advise against buying from them for anything.

I bought this ro 5 stage system in Oct 2014 I changed the filters during Christmas which was a breeze great tasting water that comes out of the faucet making coffee tea soups enjoyable for me and my family and great technical support nairy returned my emails promptly when I had a question about the unit thx maxwater

I used to be a plumber for 4 years when the filter showed up that I spent $400 on I had high hopes. Right out of the box I dry fitted the metal fittings into the plastic ends and the threaded all the way in by hand with no friction. I was hoping with enough PTFE Tape and liquid thread sealer I could keep it from leaking. I was wrong. They claimed I cross threaded the filter and refused to help me in any way and stopped returning my calls. Even the filters are made poorly see the picture for the defective cartridge.

I was thrilled to learn that Max Water Flow shipped products within just two days and that even though I’m from the U.S and not Canada I was still entitled to free shipping. I was even more delighted with the water softener I purchased; the water around my neighborhood is hard and was damaging my pipes, this new system means I don’t have to worry about replacing my pipes anytime soon.
