My husband and i noticed that pretty much every home for sale in our neighbourhood had Kates sign on the lawn. We decided to give her a call and we are very glad we did. She was energetic, down to earth and motivated to sell our home. Kate walked around our home with us and pointed out the things we needed to do (declutter) in order to present our home to get the best money possible. Glad we did as our house sold in one week, ending in a bidding war :)

I cant say enough about Kate's professionalism since we met her on day 1 to sell our home. She told us what we needed to do (declutter) by walking around our house and she managed to sell our place in one week ending in a bidding war :)
WHen youre selling your home you want to make sure you use an honest agent that has your back and is not focused on their own best interests...and Kate I can assure you has your back. Call her and meet with her and you will see what I am saying.

I never write reviews for businesses but in this case I felt that I had to. Kate Broddick was referred to us by a co-worker and I am so thankful for this. She not only listed our home but helped us de clutter it and stage it before we put up the sign on our front lawn. She showed us comparable homes that sold in the area and we decided on a good price and it sold in 2 weeks with multiple offers. She also helped us find our dream home in Cambridge which was closer to our friends and family. She knows her stuff and directed us on where to buy and helped make the whole process from start to finish less stressful.
