The worst business ever. I ordered fireplace gasket for pick up, arrived the day after, have been told to come back in 2 weeks. When I’ve asked for order cancellation suddenly the owner start bullying me and being disrespectful. Very rude owner. Don’t waste your time with this people!!!
This company doesn't deserve to be Regency distributors!!!

I had my gas fireplace inspected and serviced by Impressive Climate Control's gas technician. Since we moved into the new home I wanted to make sure it is safe to be used. Their technician was very courteous, careful and clean while working. He recommended to apply fresh paint and dress up the fireplace with new embers, and boy was I happy at the end. The fireplace now looks great, from a BBQ flame which it originally had.

I hired Amir to do the maintenance on our furnace. Thankfully I was observing the work he was doing and saw him accidentally break the tube that drained the water from the furnace to the pump. Unfortunately, he did not have a spare tube and said he would return to fix the piece within 2-3 days.

The MISTAKE I made was that I had paid him in full for the maintenance performed although the part was still broken. It took approximately 2 weeks for my furnace to be repaired with not only being ignored and brushed off but also fed endless excuses, such as family issues, that it was not urgent to have the part replaced as it wasn’t required until the winter time, etc.

If a contractor breaks a piece of your equipment while performing a service that they claim to be qualified in, the urgency to fix their mistake should take precedence on everything else. I do not recommend this individual to perform any HVAC work on your furnace or A/C as his knowledge is questionable.

I had my gas fireplace installed by Impressive Climate Control just recently and I found them professional and knowledgeable about their products and services. Although my remote control on the fireplace end up being faulty only after a month of use, but as soon as I advised them, they replaced it with a brand new one and everything seems to be working great. I am glad I got my gas fireplace installed as we are experiencing a very cold winter this year and this puts my mind at ease in case of a black out like we experienced years ago with no heat. I definitely recommend this company to my friends.
