I can’t say enough good things about Royal Work. They did an unbelievable job waterproofing the outside of our house and truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was done properly.

What stood out most was their work ethic and attention to detail. Stanu and Vasul were professional, hardworking, and stayed until the job was completed correctly; no rushing, no shortcuts. It’s rare to find contractors who take that much pride in their work.

We really depended on all these positive reviews when we were deciding which company to hire. We saw 8+ companies and the company associated with our insurance provider but we still chose Royal Work. From the moment we called them during the flood in December, they came out the very next day. They were so patient with us as we determined our insurance costs, etc.

Anatoliy provided the quote - both a band-aid solution and a full repair. We ended up going with the full repair. Anatoliy was so understanding with our insurance provider delay, explained the work fully and outlined the City of Toronto rebates that we would be eligible for.

We have a home built in 1923 so we were concerned about how they would navigate such an old foundation but they did a wonderful job. Sergiy and Vasyl did the work in 3 days (45 feet of waterproofing and a sump pump installation). The work was done so well. The job site was so clean. They were tidy and efficient. They took up the least amount of concrete possible.

I had the Royal Work team out to do external waterproofing of my home and install a sump pump, and want to let you know that if you’re looking for these services, you can’t find a better team to protect your home! These guys put in 5 long days of back-breaking labour, for the most part hand-digging between two very closely spaced houses without a word of complaint. They showed up early each morning and worked non-stop, putting up with all the irregularities and surprises you find in an old house built in the 1880’s (non-standard walls and footings, no straight lines, a basement sunken 1.5 feet below the foundation, you name it). I want to shout out to Vasyl, Volodymyr, Sergie and a gentleman’s name I didn’t catch, as well as Pavlo for answering all my questions. These guys do fabulous work and I couldn’t be happier!

This was the best experience that I have ever had with a contractor. Nazar came and gave a clear explanation of the work and the options, and estimated a very fair price for the work.

Alex and Vasil came out to do the work, they ended up having to dig 11' down to hit the weeping tile (more than estimated)- they were extremely professional and courteous and made sure everything was clean, we don't have rear access and they were careful not to bring dirt inside.

The work they did was top quality, they worked long days to complete the job and made sure everything was left as neat as possible. Very happy with the entire experience.

The completed work included full waterproofing of the basement wall, replacement of the weeping tile, installation of a new window well and vertical weeping tile as well as installation of a Sump system in the basement.
