Roberto Ficzere assisted me with the purchase of our first home. I can say with confidence that Roberto is the best realtor I have ever used.
Roberto has the qualities that make him an extremely successful and effective realtor. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and knowledge within the industry. He has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the client’s best interests in mind. Our real estate purchase was a small transaction relative to the size of properties and transactions Roberto normally handles, but he treated us both with the same professionalism and courtesies one would expect for a larger transaction. He gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting the clients time, does a great job of listening to his client’s needs and does not waste time showing properties which do not meet the client’s objectives. He does research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the opposing broker on behalf of the client. He is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our late night emails after midnight. Roberto also shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. Our transaction went very smoothly and we closed in six hours which is a record close. I also would not hesitate to use him as my listing agent if I were selling a property. He is very knowledgeable and transactions can sometime become very complex. I have the highest level of confidence in him and feel he would be able to properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution. Our first personal encounter with Dan Cooper was after a year and a half of following him through his ads, newspaper activities and sales. We were impressed with what we found and chose him to handle a sale of ours. Having bought and sold several properties in the past, Dan met our criteria for handling this sale. This was our best experience.
He was most attentive.
Dan met us at our home to discuss our needs and options. Dan is very professional and courteous and has a great organizational team who work very closely with him. He provided us with a variety of information pertinent to our property and made many very helpful suggestions.
Dan and his team were very flexible and adaptable to the needs of his vendors, buyers and tenants.

I am only getting a chance to write you now and thank you for all your assistance in selling our house. The whole team were fabulous but of course you were our "woman on the ground" so you had most to deal with. Thank you for your professionalism, hard work, patience and commitment.
You were of course on target when advising us on market prices and how to set the price for our own property. Who can believe an offer on the table within 24 hours of the house being on the market and sold in 72 hours. It was indeed an incredible way to end what is often a very stressful time.
