Kwan is a relatively new Asian upscale gourmet restaurant in mid-town T.O. near St. Clair on Yonge St. It's a most welcome addition to the hood and offers excellent quality and creative cooking (chef is from Lai Wai Huen) top-notch service, quiet and lovely ambience.
