First time customer and the service was excellent. The technician check things that I didn't ask for and gave feedback towards those things. Service advisor Kim Troung was very friendly and advice of some of the things that needed attention immediately. Overall I was very satisfied and continue to be a customer.

Every time i go to Downtown Infiniti, they always know how to take care of me as a client and my vheicle. They always ask if i would like anything to drink and always give complimentary Inside/Outside wash for every service. The Service Advisor, Kim Truong, always makes sure that we finish our service or transaction on the most positive note. Thank you very much for the amazing service so far, and for the upcoming years ahead.
