Wow! What great snow removal service! Finally! This is the first year we've hired them, and they're incredibly efficient. We used Terre Entretien and Bouffard in the past and were very frustrated with their slow service. Bouffard ripped up patio stones, patches of grass, left snowbanks in the middle of the parking lot, and were incredibly slow. But now with Déneigement Charette, everything is great, no problems at all. A big thank you for your professional service.

Their winter snow removal services are horrendous.
Around our subdivision we see other snow removal companies come remove snow early in the morning and sometimes again at night. This company never removes snow in the morning and let’s it accumulate until the evening until after the cars pack the snow onto the pavement. At that point the snow is packed so much that it ends up not being removed and freezes for the winter in multiple layers.

While other companies remove snow they often claim that “there wasn’t enough snow” to remove. I strongly recommend you don’t use their winter services.
