Best chat company out there. I've tried ChattyAgent and other realty chat providers and they pail in comparison. The ReadyChat guys are very professional and do a great job of warming up my visitors before I speak or meeting with them.
Pricing can be up and down since you pay for leads, but you get what you pay for at least.
