We were very impressed with hiring OnSite Pest Control when dealing with our bed bug issue. Not only did they answer all of my wife's concerns, they did it at 3am in the morning. The next day we received confirmation from their office that they would be coming at the time we scheduled.
After dealing with both of the technicians that came out and the friendly office girl, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need.
