Extremely un-organized and very poor communication. They ended up keeping my PVR box and selling it. Was told they would pay me but nothing.. complete scammers

This company is rip-off. I paid for service that was never properly done. I've been promised that Ill get my money back but after three months I'm still waiting to get it. Now owner is avoiding my calls and emails hoping that I'll give up.
