Very pleased with the service. Very easy process and they didn’t overcomplicate things like other dealerships. No BS here all fair prices and offer fair value for trade ins.

Not really impress with after sale service. The car itself is not bad, but once I had a deposit on it, the service became awful. I was told, by Mr. Ali, that the car would be washed while I was going to finalize everything else (which gave him 2 hours to do it all). When I came back, nothing was done and he left the tank half full. Also, they did not even care to give me car manual. Am I just supposed to guess how everything works and what the lights mean.
SO, IF THEY CAN EVEN DO LITTLE THINGS FOR THE CUSTOMERS, HOW DO YOU THINK THEY WILL TREAT YOU WHEN IT IS A MAJOR THING ???
I gave them a chance to explain why they do not stand by their promises, but they don’t even bother coming up with an excuse. I haven’t heard from them and it has been a week. All they care about is getting your money. I have never seen that kind of customer service anywhere else.
So, do what you want, but you have been warned !!! You will not get any after sale services, no matter what they tell you. They just don’t stand by their words. Once they get your money, you mean nothing to them.

Went to test drive a car unannounced. They were charging more than Valentine Volvo. The driver side seat control didn't work. Salesman only said, "That's weird", and never offered to fix it. Then when I tried to test drive it, it wouldn't start. He said the battery is probably ok. Just needs to be "re-charged". Then when I asked if it had been in any accidents, he pulled out a report stating it was in a front end collision that received $14500 repair.
Think I will never go back there lol. Unbelievably unprofessional. He said to call first next time I want to test drive the Volvo so he can "clean it"

Great customer relations, Ali made suggestion but gave me the opportunity to think about it and make my own decisions. He was not pushy but knowledgable about all aspects of the cars Supreme Auto sold. I bought a Dodge Cailbre SXT, I am very happy with my purchase.

A.T is an excellent sales person, not pushy. He makes suggestions but gives you time to make your own decisions. An honest individual according to my interactions with him while purchasing a Dodge Caliber.

A.T has got to be one of the shadiest people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I put a deposit down on a car that he told me he could get me financed on. When he couldn't I asked for my deposit back and he said it would take a week for him to cut the cheque and that I should come back the following Monday. When I came back to pick my deposit up he asked to see my copy of the Bill of sale first. I had misplaced it and told him so. He told me that without proof that I had put down the deposit I would not be able to get it back. I later found my bill of sale and went to AMVIC who forced them to return my money. It took months to get my money back. I don't recommend going to this dealership unless you want to be swindled and stolen from.

I was on a lengthy hunt for a vehicle this summer and met A.T. at Supreme. I tried several vehicles and A.T. was very patient as I consider myself a discerning buyer. Personable and not pushy, he gave me plenty of test drives in several vehicles as you would expect but without pressure. Though I decided to purchase a vehicle elsewhere because of availability/cost/timing, A.T. was very helpful throughout.

What can I say about the vehicles at Supreme, just as I seen advertised, " LUXURY AND PREFORMANCE" is what I want in a car. Their service was exceptional. Bought my first Benz from Supreme and my wife a Lexus.

I live on Vancouver Island and recently purchased a Land Rover from Calgary Supreme Auto. A fair price was negotiated via email/texting/phone. The flight I took from the Island landed in Calgary around 8:15 am where the sales rep A.T. met me at the airport and drove me to the dealership. The transaction was concluded in about 20 mins, and I was on the road to catch the 8:30 pm ferry back to the Island. I am quite pleased with the Land Rover and the excellent service Supreme provided.

Bought a 2010 Acura RDX from AT and though it passed inspection for brakes a month later paid 250.00 for brake pads a week later took vehicle to silver hill Acura Calgary and had an inspection done. Paid for work at supreme to find out work wasn't done as stated. Had to get AMVIC involved to resolve issue. Buyer beware. Poor business and operating ethics. Stay away
