My dog has been out of food for over one month. I paid $400 to order 2 bags of food and was told it would arrive in one week. I called back over a week later and asked where her food was and they told me it's on backorder and they don't know when it will be back. This does not solve the issue- my dog is a senior girl who requires a specialized diet for allergies and health conditions. I asked for a refund of the $400 so I could call other vets to try to find a solution. I was crying and upset as my dog is having a very severe allergic reaction and I don't know what to do for her. I was told to call them back when I was ready to listen and they hung up in my ear. I called back and was left on hold and hung up on again. Then a vet tech eventually answered and said nobody in reception will speak to me or give me a refund and I can call the manager back the next morning. I know by the sounds of this story it may seem as though I was being rude and unreasonable- I truly wasn't. I was crying and upset watching my dog suffer and genuinely just wanted help for her. (I recorded all phone conversations after being hung up on- hopefully the manager will help me). Absolutely unprofessional- these are not people I will trust with the care of my dog going forward (very long time customer here) DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! They don't give af about your pets

Beattie Animal Hospital has ALWAYS been there for our very adventurous Jack Russell named Jake!! A rescue fur baby with several medical issues!! Thank you everyone for the care and passion shown for our buddy!!
