Thank you so much for your help! It was a holiday. Every store is closed and it’s 8pm at night. I’m changing my toilet and didn’t have a flex pipe to connect the water line. Lorenzo not only sold me the pipe in my desperate situation but he also walked me through the installation when I couldn’t get the toilet to work. I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done if he didn’t help me. Thank you Lorenzo 🙏. Would recommend Lorenzo every time.

I’ve been having an issue with a window egress not draining properly for a few years. Every time a heavy downpour happened my entire window well would fill up with water and leak into the basement.

Called Lorenzo from Prompt plumbing who came over right away and assessed and fixed the situation (Yey!). He was incredibly professional, explained the job thoroughly and did not give up until he was able to get the drain working again. I’ve worked with a lot of professionals and I can say Lorenzo is one of the best. I will definitely be calling him from now on for any plumbing needs.
