I can't comment on any products, but on customer service. I ordered online, received an email stating that that model was on backorder and offering me an upgrade. When I saw how much the upgrade cost me, I cancelled the order. The product was shipped anyway. They emailed me a return shipping label and arranged for UPS to pick it up. They told me that a refund cheque would be mailed. Time kept passing with no refund and my emails started to be ignored. Clicking on the contact tab on the website goes no where. I finally had to get my bank involved.
