Absolutely terrible. Not only did he ruin my basement by causing water damage to the floors I got installed by this store, but when I voiced my concern, he in turn raised his voice and insulted my family. The owner/manager of the store, Harry, does not care about his customers right after he receives his payment. I would not recommend anyone to their services, for they are not professionals and will probably end up damaging your floors.

Thanks Jimmy for the job done well. We had researched about 10 to 15 stores and then a neighbor told us about Jimmy and Super Choice Carpet. The very next day I had an appointment and the concerned person was on time. And, the options he gave us were really great. Later I spoke to Jimmy over phone and he personally guided me about this. Choosing the laminate floors would not have been this easy without their help. And honestly throughout the process I had an amazing experience with them.
