It should have taken maximum 3 hours and it took 5 because they didn't evaluate well the room available in the truck (they were losing time...). They didn't cover all my furniture and they made two big holes in my wall. They forgot an item in the truck and they even asked for tip at the end! The truck was not in good condition. They were supposed to come with a 24 ft and they came with a 20... Couldn't be worst!

J ai eu des déménageurs hors pair. C était du 3e au 3e et jamais je n ai entendu un mot plus haut que l autre , aucune hostination entre les gars. Très bon service, politesse et compétence. Merci . Je les recommandé vivement

1-On the website they say that when you do a submission on their website you can have 15% in discount; when i choose them they didn't give me that 15% and when i talked to the boss about it he told me bad excuses to keep the price up.
2-They came to move on the wrong date (1 month before).
3-Then they change my moving date the day before i was suppose to move because they missed truck.
4-The day of the moving they arrived 2h later.
5-The mover went for dinner on my moving hours.
6-They charge me 45 min more then they should; when i complained about it the mover didn't want to make me pay the right time, even though i've timed them as a proof.
7- They chipped my table, broke my fridge and the wall in my bedroom; they said that they have a 100 000$ insurance but didn't give me any money back for what they broke.
8-Bad overall service (receptionist, mover and boss).

I was really stressed out for my moving. I took aarion moving company and I had a stress relief when I saw them pack my stuff. Really great company I suggest them anytime.
