My husband and I have purchased two vehicles through Auction Direct in Lower Sackville, N.S. We have to say, it has been the very best buying experience you could ever ask for when purchasing a vehicle. The staff are amazing and very helpful. The first time we went there, my husband wanted to test drive a truck but when we arrived we saw it leaving the lot and he said, "let's just go, it's obviously sold"! I said to him, no, lets just wait and see, you don't know why the truck was leaving. So we waited and went in and spoke to someone about the vehicle and were told that someone was scheduled to test drive the vehicle and when they came back we could take it out. Well, the assistant manager, I believe, his name is Donnie, came out the door and told the salesperson that it was on a first come, first serve basis and that we could take the vehicle then! My husband took it for a test drive and we ended up applying for financing with Paul Dyer, who I might say is an absolute amazing finance guy! Paul got us the financing and a payment that we could afford. We later paid the vehicle off and decided to purchase a second vehicle for myself that was newer than the one that I currently had. When we arrived at the dealership, we weren't even planning on buying a vehicle at this point, we were actually "wasting some time" but we looked at several of the vehicles on the lot and found one we liked. A sales lady, named Judy Ann Broaders, came out and asked if there was anything she could help us with and we told her which vehicle we liked and that we just wanted to know what the monthly payments would be on this vehicle. So, she took us inside and gave us an estimate of what the payments would be and then we decided to apply for the financing, once again with Paul Dyer, who once again did his magic and got us the financing and monthly payment that we wanted. I would have taken the vehicle right then and there but they needed to do an inspection on it first and do a new safety inspection before I could take the vehicle. I was disappointed I couldn't take it then but was able to pick it up the very next day. I have to say that we've never had better customer service before, EVER! All of the staff were very friendly, including the staff members that we were not dealing with for this purchase. So, I'd like to acknowledge these few people now, Graeme, Shawn, Ben, Jerrell. You all are wonderful, friendly people and I look forward to working with you again in the future. Huge thanks go out to Paul and Judy Ann for the exceptional service provided to us. We appreciate your ability to make us feel at home and feel like we actually matter. With regard to any repair issues, there were two fairly worn tires on the front of the vehicle and they replaced all four tires with brand new ones! We have never had any issues with poor customer service, they have helped us every time we have gone back with any issues. We absolutely will and have recommended Auction Direct to others if they're looking to purchase a vehicle. Keep up the great work you guys, we will be back, not just to bring Graeme treats! LOL
