Poor customer service. Pitri forces us to but a bed that day even if we said no, he forced us and called us not real buyers and that he wasted his time. We bought still and paid everything on the same date, snd now what? 2 minths waiting still nothing ariives, and didn't even bother to call us to inform us or explain what's happening, he didnt care now, why? Because he got his commission, that's all that matters to him from the very beginning.

I will never buy anything again from this company. Worst customer service. I purchased a 3 piece coffee table and end table set. We were promised that it would be already assembled. Which is why we purchased it. If it wasn’t going to be assembled then we wouldn’t have bought it.
When it arrived it was in a box (we were lied
to) Also we didnt open the box right away as we were moving to a new home. When we did try to set it up it was defective. The parts could not be screwed in as shown in the picture. We even got someone who is trained in setting up furniture to fix it, but he said the part isnt good. When i called the manager said he would call me back but he didn’t. I had to call 3 times in order to talk to him. He told me that I would have to contact their service department. He was no help and dismissed my claims. I wasted my money shopping at the Finch West Location. The manager (Mohamud) should treat his customers better. Furthermore the salesperson should not guarantee something if it wasnt going to happen. We planned to buy furniture for my family’s business from there thinking Bad Boys were a good company. However this experience has changed our mind.

BAD BOY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST !!!!
I purchased mattresses at the Finch location in 2015. The first time they came they were damaged. The second time they came they were too high. The sales person did not ask which height we wanted and we did not know they came in different heights. When I called the sales personal who sold me the mattress, he did not bother returning my call. HE GOT THE MONEY so why bother himself.
I had to go to this location 3 times. When I went the third time I met a different sales person who offer me the same set for a much lower price. I contact the store manager, who told me he would not give me back the difference because, as he said "I CAN DO WHAT EVER I WANT"
When I explained the mattress were too high he charged me a re stocking fee and a delivery fee again.
I told him that is not the way to serve customers and he should think about customer service he said " I DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, I DO AS I WANT"
Needless to say I was appalled by this so I tried to contact head office, who did not ever return any of my calls till I posted a bad review.
To date the resolution is still not favourable. They offered my a store credit for future purchase, but there is nothing to purchase, so the only way to use it is to give Bad Boy more of my money. Who needs all the stress.
They are unprofessional, rude and untrustworthy.
Think twice about your money before giving it to BAD BOY

Management is very rude and unhelpful. They refused to give us a large sum of money back and the "gifts" they said were free were actually counted in the charge. They are extremely deceiving and I will not be returning. Also, most of their furniture is horrible quality.

We recently purchased some furniture from Bad Boy on Finch Ave. west in North York. I must say I am somewhat disappointed in the service given by this store. On April 19, we went to the store a purchased a love seat, sofa and twin mattress and two recliners.Delivery was supposed to happen the following Wednesday April 22, I arranged for the elevators in our new purchased condo and there was indeed a delivery made but a partial delivery only the love seat and the two recliners.
The delivery truck was late by 15 minutes , they called me at 2:30 pm and told us they would be there in a half an hour , they showed up at 4:15. I only had the elevators until 4:00.
The recliners had no instructions included even though we were told that the instructions were in the box , they were not?
On April 25 we returned to the store and purchased more furniture, we were told that this purchase would be tagged into the remainder of the purchase from the week before. Which was scheduled for Wednesday, April 29th.
On Monday, April 27th, I received a call from someone saying that the TV stand we ordered wasn't available until May 6 that's all that was said.
On April 29th, I rushed to the condo and phoned the tracking number and was told we were not on the delivery roster for today.
This is horrible service so we still do not have our sofa or twin mattress from the original order. Now w are booked for delivery for May 9th.
I will never buy anything or recommend Bad Boy to anyone I am completely disappointed to think we spent $3500.00 in your store and that's what we get , nothing
