I purchased 4 appliances just a little over a year ago, one of the appliances was a GE stove. When i used the self cleaning option the paint in the oven chipped. When i called Bad Boy's they said that they can not do anything as that is considered cosmetic,(they failed to tell me that information when I purchased the warranty) and she did not even try to help me, she had no interest in helping me. She just told me to call the manufacture and maybe they can help me, to get me off the phone. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.....

Today, Oct 30, between the hours of 1 and 2, I was shopping for sectional couch.

Each store I entered I was ignored. I had said to my sister if you go in without a purse they will not approach you.

So we did. Now we had blue jeans on, baggy sweater, not the classiest of patrons.
We started at Bad Boys, Barrie


We looked at many styles at each store. Checked material made of, price and seating options.

Not once did anyone from either store approach us.

We did enter the Brick and I said to my sister "what do you want to bet that the young family that is behind us in the parking lot will be approached before us?" We entered the store, a young man started to walk towards us, then the young family came in and he quickly turned and approached them.

My husband and I have renovated our large living room. Looking for a sectional. Very disappointed at the service.

My husband and I bought a couch set April of 2015. It started sagging and I called the store while it was still under 1 year warranty. I was told I would hear from someone within 48 hours well it's May and I have called 6 times and still nothing.

We purchased a Kitchen Aid stainless steel refrigerator and a dishwasher from Bad Boy in Mississauga, Ont, and the sales and after sales service has been excellent. Five stars out of five stars! highly recommend Bad Boy. Sales people were knowledgeable and helpful and did not pressure! Great store and great service!

I ordered a fabric recliner for my daughter from Bad Boy in Mississauga at the Boxing Day sale. Andrew was my sales consultant and was very helpful with the sales process.

When I discovered that the long-term care facility where my daughter was a resident could only accept products that were fire resistant, and the recliner we had purchased was not, I asked Andrew if we could substitute a leather recliner for the fabric product. He was able to do this and the chair was delivered this week.

Not only was I very pleased with the sales process and product switch, when the chair was delivered, I assumed we would have to assemble it ourselves, but the Bad Boy delivery staff assembled it for us!

What great service!

Bought a bed room set with out knowing the place, it was a very bad decision. The guy Raj who was trying to help us was not professional either. He was begging and almost touch my leg to take insurance and later after all they don't give any shit. I am telling you this not a good place to buy any furniture. Till you buy they all will be professional after the purchase they don't give a shit to you (Telling with my experience).

More over don't ever think of taking their insurance that's a fake and they play the game. The other guy Paul Taylor who was attended him self as General Manager, was not professional either. Said he will return me a call back for my furniture & insurance issue but nothing, I had to call back more than 10 times to reach the guy.

Again pls check all the reviews before you go with these guys. They don't give any shit to you guys after the purchase. Professional level is 0. If they see you they will run away and hide. I am really worries about purchase. Think & search before you buy with this guys.

Never buy a bonded leather couch from this company. Bought one in may 2013 and started to crack after 8 months. We used the protection on it and we bought the extended warranty which the salesperson told us was great.
After 8 months we called the store and the warranty company and neither companies cared. Head office bad boy told us "there's nothing we can do for you" Wow thanks. Knew leather bond would not last forever but less than a year??
Am advising family and friends never to trust this company and never ever buy anything from them again.
Check facebook alot of people are complaining about their furniture. NOOBODY WOULD TREAT CUSTOMERS THIS WAY AND THINK THEY WOULD COME BACK!!!!!!

There are plenty of negative reviews for the Barrie store Bad Boy. I myself have posted my experience and vow never to shop there again. The quality is poor and the moment the merchandise leaves the store, Bad Boy takes no responsibility for any defects. Consumers do your homework before you purchase big ticket items. I am renovating my kitchen and need all new appliances. Will not be spending another dime at Bad Boy.

We purchased a fridge at the Barrie store on Aug. 2/15. We looked around at several other stores in the area such as Sears and TA. But returned to your store.
We received excellent service and price match from Tracey Hammacott and Gerry (last name unknown)
We closed the deal and walked out happy customers.
The delivery was on time and the two delivery men could not have been more pleasant or helpful.

What a great experience! I went into Bad Boy on Sunday, I admit with hesitation, as I had just come out of Teppermans with a negative experience, so I expected the same thing at Bad Boy, but I was wrong. The guys there were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me with sizing my furniture, they let me know about customizable options (unfortunately I needed a couch ASAP, or I would definitely had waited longer for customized furniture!). The price was right, the delivery time was ridiculously quick (3 days!) and I walked out feeling really good and comfortable. I will always go to Bad Boy after this experience!

The sale was ok i knew what i was buying .I ordered a dishwasher. they said they would load it in the truck for my wife. the shipping office was four block away and when my wife got there, no one was there. the young man got there 15 min. later. my wife had to help him with it to get it off the loading dock it was very heavy she said for a dishwasher. she got it home which is in Victoria harbour, about 70 km away. i got home that night with my plumber to hook it up . We got it out of the truck to find out it was a stove about 250 bl . we call the store they said they would look after it. they did not. i had to go get it the next day another 70 km there and back had to get the plumber for the next day. The shipper and his helper and me had to lift the stove back onto the dock which was very heavy. I can't believe my wife and the shipper lifted it down. after we finally received the dishwasher, there was no thanks for saving them a trip for delivering at a time that was not convenient for me, no nothing, not even a credit of any sort. the overall travel time for us to make this purchase and the shippers mistake was 210kms and about 80.00 in fuel. trip 1 was the drive to barrie to purchase trip2 was to pick up a mistake, trip 3 was to correct mistake. I was going to make another purchase at your store, but after this i'm not sure I want to. by the way, my name is Mark Moody not mike moody.

Had a wonderful afternoon at your store today. Found the perfect small table for our living room then just the round glass table and chairs we had been looking for. Our sales girl Tracey Hamm worked to allow us to get different chairs for the set with just a small additional charge. I also got an accent glass piece which she had packed for us, as well as letting us open and check the table, re-packing it as well. When we were there we looked at. a Portable bar but left without it. When we got home we decided to get the bar!! I phoned Tracey and she has put it aside for us, is packaging it for us and we will pick it up tomorrow!!!! Such great service from Tracey and a real enjoyable shopping spree. We will definitely go back, and of course ask for our favorite sales gal,,,,thanks so much Tracey !!!

My husband and I have purchased all of our home furnishings from the Barrie Bad Boy Furniture Store, everything from 2 sleigh beds with ladies dresser, 3 night stands, mans high boy dresser, dinning room suite with 8 chairs, living room leather furniture.

Our latest purchase on May 9th, 2015, was 2 mattresses a queen and a double for a loft bed that we are surprising our girls with. the customer service and delivery service we receive has always been excellent and very professional. We always recommend Bay Boy to family and friends and will be purchasing our family room furniture, once my husband completes the renovation this winter. Thank you.

We are on a budget and were looking for a new couch and found ourselves checking out all the local furniture stores. We were pleasantly surprised with the great service we received from Mike at Bad Bay in Barrie, and were quite pleased that the piece we selected was well within our budget, but also made in Canada too. It's nice to still receive good old fashioned service, and we are extremely happy with "Our Made In Canada" couch. I also want to give a shout-out to the delivery guys because not only did Bad Boy keep in touch and update us on delivery times, the guys arrived on time, were friendly, and super-efficient in getting the couch in and in its location. Lately I have had my share of bad customer service experiences, and good ones are few and far between now... so I wanted to share a good experience. My family will visit Bad Boy - and Mike again.

We were reluctant to go into Bad Boys, because we were just browsing and We strongly dislike being pursued by sales people who follow you around the store. Lee-Ann just greeted us gave us her card and told us if there are any questions, she could answer them for us. Then she left us alone to do our browsing.
We did ask her a couple of questions and her opinion on a colour. She told us she felt the colour was wrong and didn't recommend buying the piece of furniture. Honesty in a commissioned salesperson that is a pleasant surprise.
We left without buying anything that day, but returned 2 days later to by something else that caught our eye while browsing the first day. We spent over $1000 and asked specifically for Lee-Ann so she could get the commission as she was honest and made our shopping experience stress free.
