We were selling our home and the buyers' home inspection revealed asbestos in our basement. We were horrified because we had no idea we had been living with it, and also because we were worried if we didn't get it fixed - and quickly - the buyers would walk. Our realtor contacted Neal the same night (Sunday after 7pm!!) and he responded right away. Monday morning we had a firm quote that was far less than what the home inspector estimated (even though Neal found some extra asbestos the inspector had missed) and by Friday morning the work was completed. The quote we got was what we paid, Neal and his workers were fast and friendly and we got the documentation we needed to appease the buyers in record time. I highly recommend this company!!!!!

Outstanding service!!!
We've renovated our home (top to bottom) and had many contractors during the process. We also needed air quality testing to be done. John & Neil at Elemental Restoration went above and beyond what was expected in comparison to any other contractor. John gave us quality information regarding the condition of our house. He was very knowledgeable, experienced and always accessible. We used their services twice and highly recommend them.

We contacted Elemental Restoration because we found mold in our basement during a renovation, Neal responded to our call and was able to squeeze us in the same day. Neal's knowledge of the situation and ability to find what the cause of the problem was made us feel comfortable, he also explained the process for removal and educated us on how to prevent further issues. His estimate was in line with other companies but his service and knowledge we felt went far beyond. We where happy to find Elemental Restoration and would recommend then to anyone with a mold issue.
