I had my things in storage for about 18 months. About $10k. In. For that time. I go to move out. To find mice, dead ones, in the unit. And the neighbours unit leaked some disgusting fluid that seeped int my unt and ruined my mattress box spring. I spoke to them and messaged them and no response. Don’t go here. Unfortunately they don’t let you make a ‘0’ star review

Great experience overall! The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. Arsh made everything simple and was very helpful throughout the process. I stored several large suitcases, boxes, and bags, and the space worked perfectly for my needs. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for reliable storage and excellent customer service. Great storage facility. It’s an older building but very well maintained. Location is super convenient for the Beaches and the rates for indoor heated storage were the best I saw across the entire east end. The staff is friendly and helpful. Most recently Arash made moving into a new unit extremely easy and explained everything very well. I’ve leased units here four times and it’s always been a great experience.

I've passed by this building thousands of times in my last 60 years, it always looked rundown, and I never needed storage until now. The 'newer' storage facilities popping up around the city look cleaner, brighter, and offer these amazing loss-leader deals. But since Migson is up the street from me, I took a look at the reviews. The reviews of Michael were clearly not bot or paid reviews, there was a genuine appreciation from the customers. So, I walked in to see what it was like inside. Michael is everything that everybody wrote about him in their reviews. He took his time and really tried to find the best solution to fit what I needed for storage space, he never rushed me to decide, showed me all the lockers to consider. He was upfront and transparent about all the costs so that I could make an informed decision. He's honest, sincere, and happy to help... wish more businesses were like this. If the Migson owners read this, you definitely don't want to lose someone like him. At the end of the day, it's just storage lockers but what set this location above others is the customer service dedication.

Very grateful and relieved to receive excellent and pleasant service by Michael today. As someone who has never rented storage before I was uptight and nervous. Micheal was great explaining how it works and options. He is a pleasant and patient helper. Also helped my grandson by setting out dolleys to carry our heavy load. The site though very old is clean and well kept.
Signage could be improved, indicating directions and unit numbers on the end caps of each row. Prices reasonable and special discount for Fall gratefully received!
I highly recommend this business… very efficient and also customer friendly.

Michael at Migson Storage was amazing! He helped me find the right unit size by showing all the options and taking the time to explain everything. On move-in day, my movers didn’t show up and I arrived late, but Michael went above and beyond to help me get organized and unload. The facility is clean, secure, and the pricing is very good. Highly recommend!

I’m writing this review specifically to highlight the professionalism at Migson Storage on Gerrard Street. I had booked a unit but, due to personal circumstances, I ended up not needing it. Even though I had already signed the contract and paid for the first month, the team was extremely kind and professional when I called; they immediately reassured me, explained I was still on time to cancel, and quickly processed my refund.

I was truly impressed by their honesty, efficiency, and customer care. Even without using the storage I can confidently say they go above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Great storage space, the staff are amazing especially Mike good listener and great advisor he makes sure you have the unit that is best suited for your needs , this is the best place to store , because there is also cameras throughout the storage no need to worry about your Items being safe.

What a great storage facility! My partner and i have been renting here for over a year after being referred by a friend, and we could not be happier! We recently upgraded our unit to a bigger one as we’ll be moving and they made the transition between units quick and super easy! Arsh helped us at the desk and he is so friendly and funny. Top notch experience renting storage space from these folks. Lots of options for unit size and access was super easy. We rented a 10x25 to store items during a move and it was seamless. Staff were responsive and accommodating. 10/10 recommend.
